I there some formula on the right setting for the dropout adjustment screws ( horizontal ).
About 1/3 in would put them on par with my road bike at about 30deg from from the rear derail hanger.

As far forward as you can, while still giving the QR enough dropout to safely hold onto.

ok, cheers, so they are more for wheel clearance on the seat tube than cassette position.
