Those Bont shoes pictured earlier in the thread are now banned by UCI - http://www.bont.com/cycling/products/crono/crono.html

yep, I use to work for them

they originally started in a shed in their backyard in Bexley, then moved to a factory in Kingsgrove, then anothr factory nearby. The main operation is in China now though.
(We can blame fedex and federal taxes on the materials they imported for that, they had to buy tanned kangaroo leather from china as no one in Australia did it in bulk qty)
They actually bought the staff cars as bonuses one year, Toyato Echos.

They still run stuff some from here.
