Was driving up bonnet hill on sunday with some dear friend teenagers behind me throwing cans at cyclists. Called the police with rego number and description of the car, the cops were going to meet the car at sandy bay as we drove past however the car turned off into nutgrove beach so the police went looking for them.
Anyway if this was you cycling on bonnet hill or you had a run in with a nissan pulsar older model with 4-5 teenage boys with a p plate on the car give the cops a call they might just be interested.

Not me but good on yer for following it up with the fuzz.
I should have done it myself a couple of times after being harassed by carloads of comedians. I try not to let it piss me off and spoil the fun of the ride but they do need to be reported.
cheers

Call police, and remember to call the littering hotline. I have reported to the littering hotline when a woman threw a can at me, and she received a written warning as a result. I think that repeat offences bring stronger action. To report:- http://lrs.dtae.tas.gov.au/

Ah Barry, I remember once a young lady threw a pussy at me; alas, it was long ago!

Your comment confused me for a moment mcdurdin , so I went back and examined my work; yes, I agree. I should use correct spelling, so I changed "through" to "threw". Pussy, I love it! Pity there are so few recipes.
