My first post on this forum. Just wondering what your best effort is on a Keiser M3 Spin Bike if you have ever used one.
I am not sure if my workouts are moderate, good or excellent. I sweat to the point where sweat actually squishes from my runners after 1 hour on these bikes and they are a brilliant workout but I was not sure if I need to keep increasing my pace or if my current level is quite good, I wanted to see what a good cyclist would normally get so that way I have a goal to aim towards. I keep my level constant for the entire 60 minutes and just to challenge my legs further I dont get up off the seat at all. I completed my best effort yesterday and the figures are as follows:
My average rpm after 60 minutes was: 111
Average Watts: 293
Total Calories: 1063
