Phil Anderson - guest on BNA

Postby AUbicycles » Tue Apr 05, 2011 7:57 am

For interest, the first non European to win a TDF yellow Jersey, Phil Anderson is a guest writer on BNA. Over the course of the next two months he is writing articles that will be published on BNA sharing his insights and experience.

The first one is already up - introduction to his cycling tours in Europe and life on the road.
Experiencing the Tour de France with Phil Anderson

If there is anything you always wanted top ask Phil, I may have the chance to have him comment as part of his articles, otherwise hope you enjoy the series.

The first one introduces his cycling tours and in the following articles we should be getting a good look into the world of cycling, especially in the lead up to the Giro and TDF

i haven't read his auto/biography - i assume there is one, but i'd love to know more about how Phil graduated from hawthorn cycling club member to world cycling star. i started out riding at the hawthorn velodrome (on my own) so i imagine i probably had a similar start in cycling to Phil, but obviously the similarities end right about there..
