I've had 2 days off the bike, back out tomorrow morning and it's gonna be cold....got my leg warmers ready...and the ear warmers...and arm warmers....more pieces to add to the 'jiggsaw puzzle' that is called dressing for a ridelovemybike wrote:

It's a bit like that, isn't it? Summer is much less complicated! It was about 9 degrees on my ride this morning but it was the wind that hurt, I did a bit of online shopping today (on my lunch break of course...) and bought some new warm things for riding. I realised I'll have some nice winter bike clothes but no money for nice winter non bike clothes. Oh well!marinmomma wrote:I've had 2 days off the bike, back out tomorrow morning and it's gonna be cold....got my leg warmers ready...and the ear warmers...and arm warmers....more pieces to add to the 'jiggsaw puzzle' that is called dressing for a ridelovemybike wrote:

Lol, tomorrow's another day, and we're planning on getting up early to ride before work...again!lovemybike wrote:No need for this face Lisa. Usually we meet another 2 or 4 riders which is motivating in its self to get up and not disappoint other people, but not this morning! Mr MM and I looked at each other and said nope, we're having more sleep ...easy when no-one else is waiting for you!

Sure thing, Comedian, heckle away
No, not the mountain, probably an early, cold and quick run into town and back home....it's Mother's Day tomorrow.

56k for me today, only my 2nd ride for this week , hubby bought me an uber bright light this week so I can see the potholes and glass at 5am when it is dark out, going to give it a try-out tomorrow morning.
I'll feel more confident of being seen with my new light compared to my old one
Good riding Julie.
