Pushies Galore - Bike Swap and Sell Meet in Brisbane

Pushies Galore is a bike swap and sell event for all cyclists. Come along to sell, barter, haggle or swap bikes and bike accessories. The event will have trade and private stalls - let me know if you want one. Coffee, food and other bike-related events will be on offer. It's on at the Holland Park Bowls Club, Abbotsleigh Street, Sunday 17 July from 10am-2pm.

$5 for private sellers/swappers. Trade is $20 for a 3x3m space.

Quick update on where things are at for Pushies Galore. Have a bunch of trade stall-holders confirmed (inc BOGear, Gear, Lewis & Sons Powdercoating and more). Prizes for show n shine being put up by Treadlie, Gear, Bicycle Revolution, Bare Bones Barbers, Fiik Skateboards, Bella Velo + more. Have Joe Cosgrove roped in as a judge for the event. No need to register. Just turn up on the day around 9 and we'll get you in. We'll have a bike stand/display option but if you have a favourite stand, feel free to bring your own too.

I'll be there with several bikes & small pile of bike related gear for sale.

Nothing really show worthy though as most of my ye-oldie bikes are a bit mish mashed when it comes to the era specific items.

I have a couple of 3 x 3 gazebos I might take down if anybody would like to share some shade. Or maybe it's a covered car park ? Would anybody be able to fill me in on the area of the swap meet ?

Hi all - yes, all still going ahead whatever the weather. The bowls club building itself is pretty large, so can fit a lot in there and a lot of the more established set-ups will have marquees. And, fingers crossed, the rain if it comes, is pretty minimal. 9am roll up for private sellers and show n shiners. The carpark is uncovered but fairly big - this Google view gives you an idea (it's behind the green on the right) Aerial view

This is the first one, so estimating numbers, catering, facilities etc has been interesting - thank you everyone who has plugged this event and everyone coming along.
