I assume you're planning to race given the wish for tubulars. If so, have you thought about the consequences of crashing a carbon fibre frame? I hear the Cannondale CAAD10 is a great racing frame.

That's the spirit. If it's good enough for Cadel...
You will, of course post a review once you ride.

A lot of people would have to stop racing if they were worried about being stabbed by carbon shards. Having said that I own a CAAD9 which is also a great race frame. Althoguh I bought it because I couldn't afford a bike like the BMC

I'm suprised such a nice bike comes with Alum' wheels.....
I ride several bicycles, but not at once.

I was talking about financial consequences. Sorry that wasn't made clear.

I have a Merida Scultura Evo Team 20 and have just picked up a BMC Teammachine. What a beautiful bike.
Does it make me ride like Cadel? No.
Does it make me ride significantly faster? No (New bike, old motor).
Does it make me feel better? Absolutely.

While the Merida is a nice ride it just doesn't compare. The problem with the new Meridas' are the names and the colours. Need some new design and marketing people I think.

The BMC, you will love it Barry.
