Not completely, a talk to my spin instructor put me right, sprinting with high resistance makes big thighs, slower longer rides with high resistance is the solution.

Sorry but that is incorrect, you must of misunderstood him. If he did say this, then I recommend that you switch to RPM or another spin instructor. Most spin instructors will use adequate cadence to help develop power without developing bulk, however a small number take a different path. RPM instruction is fairly consistent, so you are pretty much safe with any instructor, or try out the various spin instructors until you find the one that suits you.

Put it this way, in the weights room they use high load with a short number of slow reps.

Thank you, your advice reads correctly, my tinnitus is playing up again, I better reconfirm before I burst out of my inseam.

I had fairly large thighs because I ate a lot, changed my diet and now my thighs are toned and slim ;)
