how to remove a frozen pedals??

I'm trying to change to clipless pedals but the flat one just stuck on crank...any tips???

are you trying to turn it the right way?

the left (non-drive) side has a reverse thread, so turn it clockwise to undo

Get some freezing spray. I use Wurth Rost OFF ICE but I think WD40 do one now. Make sure you are turning the right way. Lean on it HARD.

spray it down with wd40 , let it sink in , shove the spanner on you might need to give it a tap with a hammer

If it is frozen, use heat to melt it... :mrgreen:




But make sure you turn it the right way... :wink:
