Macarthur Collegian/Tour Of August Razorback Hill Climb ITT
Postby Kev365428 » Sun Aug 21, 2011 1:36 pm
Run and won today.
Official results still being tallied, but unofficially Brodie Talbot came within 2 seconds of the record (Brodie's time was 9:29)
I don't think anyone else came close to that.
Personally, I bettered last years time by about 40 seconds and managed to crack the 13 minute barrier.
A bit disappointed with the turnout. Last year we topped well over a hundred riders, but only managed about 85 today.
Thoughts were that because it was the 4th round of the ToA, rather than the first round as it was last year, those out of the hunt may have decided not to show.
Cheers,
Kev.

Not that you were any slouch before but your improvements in the last two years have been terrific Kev. Strong results and PB's all over the place Whatever you're doing it's working. Sub 12 up ORB is in sight

Thanks mate. Pity you couldn't get there, it was a great day for it (except for the fact that I blew a radiator on the way )

Fair enough. I had heard he was a keen cyclist who used to race with Parramatta CCKev365428 wrote:Wrong spelling I think.

I thought that maybe he'd gotten back into it seeing as how he's not as busy now.

Mmm, you may be right. Saw the name but thought it wouldn't be him.
Maybe I'll check.

What date is it in 2012?
If the R-1 rule is broken, what happens to N+1?
