Hi all,
I'm seriously considering stepping into the fixie world (my n+1) and am wondering what would be a decent entry level bike? Would a bike from JellyBean be adequate? I've had a search here to see anyone has reviewed one with no joy.
Any Pros & cons with them?
Cheers
Mick

mate just so you know a little while ago, goldcross cycles were doing a special for the SE Draft fixie for $175.00
Maybe just check with your LBS and just find an entry level one to see if you like it.

schwinn madisons are going for $450-$550, 2010 and 2011 models, one of the better quality off the shelf ones out there.

Se draft is Hi ten. get Cro Mo at least.
Avoid, Jelly bean, mojo, chappelli, even cell use the crappiest wheels, reid, single speed cycles, hasa.
hit up bicycle exchange. com and go to the fixy section, in your state.
masi, apollo, se lager, fuji track, avanti solo, mongoose maurice cromo are all better selections.

Hi guys,
I've done a review of some of the best entry-level fixies on the market. Check it out here:

Hope that helps.
