Very likely to get a lot of motorists in trouble.... with their wives. Once you can climb hills on a bike it's all downhill.
Hopefully I'll know what that's like..... one day. ![]()
Re: Cycle Chic
From the article (and yes, I read it for the article
Ya see, it's easy to make a justification for taking pictures of ladies in thong underwear: put 'em on a bike with aerospokes and see how long it takes for your male readership to notice the bike is fitted with an aerospoke! Genius! Not sure about the graffiti backgrounds though, whoever painted that is a dolt. So we get the leaders we deserve and we elect, we get the companies and the products that we ask for, right? And we have to ask for different things. – Paul Gilding
but really, that's rubbish. We get none of it because the choices are illusory.

Re: Cycle Chic![]() Riding bikes in traffic - what seems dangerous is usually safe; what seems safe is often more dangerous.
Re: Cycle ChicIs that ET's brother peeking out from the bottom tube?
Unless you are at the front of the pack the view's the same.
Re: Cycle Chic
The guy with his feet on the handle bars reminds me of when I was kid riding to school in summer and there were brown snakes across the road. That's how I had to get past them. Ride like the wind (I really would have used a different term here) and put the feet on the handle bars until after the second bump and pedal hard so the snake wouldn't catch me. Only happened about once a week for a month until we had harvested the grain in the paddock beside the road. The snakes cross the road from a grass paddock to get mice in the grain paddock. Unless you are at the front of the pack the view's the same.

Re: Cycle Chicphew, thankfully you managed to skirt around the elephant in the room!
Re: Cycle Chic
I still do. Rubber pedals on my cruiser. Sometimes I gave to zip down to the shops on my roadie if I'm away and it's all I've got. Bare feet work OK on SPD-SL's too. (AT) the pic above, what can I say but, nice elephant !! You have officially become your parents.
