I've never seen a frame with that much rake on the seatpost before.....

Any road bike with a top tube that's is not horizontal with the ground. Sloping top tubes look like girls bikes to me.

No you're right. That's ill conceived. Seat stays are wrong and the head tube arrangement could have been handled much better.
