Everyone on it is saying its an april fools joke. However it almost fits my bike perfectly except my saddle needs to go back which I knew. So the question is, is it for real?

Did a quick one didnt find anything. Maybe I was doing something wrong.
EDIT: ok i should probably read it properly first.
