Proceedure for reporting cycling fatalities.

This is a very sensitive topic however some members wish to post information in order to document these accidents as well as pay respect.

There are some changes now, these topics generally do not belong in the "General Discussion" section rather in the Cycling Safety forum where the following topic has been designated for posting:

Very rarely there may be exceptions if a person is known or if it is felt discussion is required around the circumstances or traffic. That being said, please choose the correct forum for this carefully. To date this topic has been treated with the respect and sensitivity it deserves so thank you.
