The 5 day Tour of Beijing starts on Thursday(6 Oct), and highlights can be seen on SBS2 at 8.30pm, except Saturday when it is on at 9pm.

Exciting finish to the stage this afternoon. Good to see a breakaway actually manage to get to the line (just) before being overwhelmed by the pack!

I haven't heard of the tour of beijing before so my first thought was the emphasis it would place on bike handling skills, weaving through all that traffic .
