100.3kg this morning, gyming it 3 times aweek, heavy weights, fast workout, no rests.

Bike when I can.

90kg next goal.
So close. I hate it when you are just off what you want to be. I end up weighing myself about 4 or 5 times a day until I break the landmark.

Looks like everyone is having a good time off it coming into summer, I have had lots more bike time, both road and mountain, love the long afternoons.

Hit mt first major goal over the weekend, did not weigh for a few days and checked this morning.

98kg even, super happy, have not been in the double number club for over 15 years.

Next goal is 90kg, then see where I go from there.

Have a good day all.

Same  except I did really well with eating and exercising. Hopefully I was holding fluid after getting a bit dehydrated saturday and things will be better tomorrow.

Well after my crash last week i have only been able to eat soup and have dropped 3kgs in spite of a complete lack of exercise. Not recommending it to everyone, but you can't argue the results :) .

Great work guys!

Especially Eugene cracking the 100! Woo Hoo well done

(AT) novice, I have a funny feeling that this christmas is going to be a happy little novice looking in the mirror!

Well for myself, just spent 10 days camping with my old Adelaide buddies in Coffin Bay. Drinking at will and for some unknown reason bought a deep frier  Well I refuse to weigh myself as only bad things can come of it!

I will weigh in when I get back from my first stint of two weeks down at Laura working (hopefully riding about 300km/week). Hopefully I can avoid slipping into depression...

Say What? a deep frier? I cant even imagine why you would want one  , why anyone would want one, put it on eaby while it is still Like new. :D

Back away from the frier. :P

AFM, 97.5 kg, body fat under 20%, first time forever (20 years anyway), I am not to trusting of scales or calipers and will get a DEXA scan soon to know the truth, but a drop from mid 35% BFs to under 20% is good in my book.

Gave blood the other day, plasma actually, do all the checks, BP was perfect, Blood count perfect, resting heart rate while donating plasma was 50bpm average, down from 72bpm. I cant remember feeling as healthy as this in the past 15 years.

Keep at it dudes... it's just a great feeling. Hopped on the scales myself this morning... 76.0 and 14.2% body fat. Wohoo.... And how good is it standing up... sailing along quickly ... feels like a being a kid again. Actually I wasn't this fit when I was a kid.

@Bosvit... maybe don't worry about the fryer so much... moderation is good. But every day - in everything you do look at the sugar content of food. If it's got more than very little look for an alternative. Remember the only path into the body for fructose is through being converted by the liver into fat.

What's more... the less sweet stuff you eat the sweeter everything tastes without sugar. ;)

It's all good!

The deep fryer was only bought for the fishing trip and will remain locked in the camper trailer until the next trip

Great minds mate...

@Dave... yep I now know the role that physical activity plays in staying well. I rode for the first 15 years of my life, then nothing for the next 25. It just means I'm going to have to keep riding for the last 60 to make up for that missed 25.
