single speed grocery getter

Postby lamb » Mon Oct 24, 2011 3:16 pm

Hi All,

just thought I'd throw up some pics of my recent build.

it's a kuwahara frame that I picked up, removed all excess cable guides etc. stripped, painted, added a heap of road side parts (basket/rack/bars/head stem etc.)
pretty happy with how it turned out.
running a 700c wheelset with coaster rear for shopping centre skids.

Your bars are upside down.

nice. please correct the saddle angle; you'll give yourself a slopectomy.

Nice job. What gear ratio will you be using? Something light no doubt if you will be carting a load of groceries.

I have the same fleabay special repair stand. Pretty decent for the price although the main pole keeps slipping out of the leg mount bit when I pick it up.
