Toowoomba Criterium Circuit

Hi

In Toowoomba we have a new 1.8km criterium circuit currently being built (looks almost finished when I rode past this am). The circuit is not flat by any means and promises to be one of the best criterium circuits in the country. The track officially opens on Sunday 27th November 2011 (lots of official type things plus some ceremonial rides) - the first Open Criterium is on the Sunday following 4th December 2011. you lucky buggers. gee they've put some thought into that. I wouldn't know if it is a good design or not, but looks quite technical with all the corners.
will definitely check it out next time I'm up there.

SCA has been invited to the opening. It looks like a great circuit and I've been told it's not too flat. It'll be a challenge!
