From the article (and yes, I read it for the article )BarryTas wrote:http://www.sneakerfreaker.com/newsflash ... -On-Bikes/
Ya see, it's easy to make a justification for taking pictures of ladies in thong underwear: put 'em on a bike with aerospokes and see how long it takes for your male readership to notice the bike is fitted with an aerospoke! Genius! Not sure about the graffiti backgrounds though, whoever painted that is a dolt.In this set of photographic works the viewer is instantly confronted with a series of subjects fighting for attention. INSA orchestrates a conflicting dialogue between all the elements and explicitly subordinates the value of his own street art to both the possessed object of the bike and the overtly sexualized female presence.
but really, that's rubbish. We get none of it because the choices are illusory.

The guy with his feet on the handle bars reminds me of when I was kid riding to school in summer and there were brown snakes across the road. That's how I had to get past them. Ride like the wind (I really would have used a different term here) and put the feet on the handle bars until after the second bump and pedal hard so the snake wouldn't catch me.Comedian wrote:Bondi Beach Cruisers
Only happened about once a week for a month until we had harvested the grain in the paddock beside the road. The snakes cross the road from a grass paddock to get mice in the grain paddock.

Somewhat appropriate considering today's date.

I still do. Rubber pedals on my cruiser. Sometimes I gave to zip down to the shops on my roadie if I'm away and it's all I've got. Bare feet work OK on SPD-SL's too.DavidS wrote:I used to ride barefoot all the time as a kid, just need rubber pedals.
