I am curious what you mean by a Swanswea cruiser. In my limited travels in the Perth bike world I've seen a few old track frames and roadsters, fairly conventional diamond frame construction. I have also seen a couple of what heard called "hump backs" where the last quarter or so of the toptube bends down slightly to meet a slightly shorter seat tube. Wondering if your bike is like this?

Are the pair of bars running from the front of the forks to the front of the headset functional or decorative? Either way what are they called?
