Shoulder injury

Postby eeksll » Mon Oct 31, 2011 11:20 am

Hello, anyone ever had a shoulder injury from cycling either through bad cycling form or overuse (not crashing) or possibly cycling aggravated an existing injury.

I play a bit of tennis and that is where the injury has flared up, so more than likely its tennis related, but I have never been injured tennis wise (10-15 yrs of tennis).

Seeing a physio at the moment, got some stretching and strengthening exercises.

I crashed a few months back hard on my left side, I had a cortisone shot in my left shoulder which settled it down. I'm now seeking physio for it as it's starting to act up.
