Boy Zozz this apple is about as persistent as the creaks in my bottom bracket. I recommend a good spray of TF2 Lubricant Spray with Teflon surface protector, you know the one in the green can. That should do the trick! :D

Yours sincerely

Hi guys,
not sure where to post this, so here will do for a start

Opening night for the mates improv show last night. Went very well. If you're wondering what to do on one of the next 4 Wed here's an option. Menu at the Exchange or Dick's across the road are not bad and if you like improv it's a good fun night.

Hey FPRS. Thank you all for the birthday wishes and sorry for not keeping in touch.

Love that cake! I know where I would like to stick my "Candle" too!

The only kind of cage fighting I've been doing lately is when I try to remove the eggs my pet bird just laid

Just finished my last (hopefully) Wedding DVD and should be getting my life back very soon :D

For the crazy FPRS doing the big ride tomorrow, if you have to go PLEEASE be careful, watch out for each other and come back in one piece :)

Thanks again for the Birthday wishes and take care.
Love Georgey

Non starter tonight, I'll likely be dead from man flu by then.
