This is where I go when I'm taking newbies out for a spin. Will also use these trails when I'm looking for a hard aerobic workout and I don't want to be on technical trails that will bite me if I have a concentration lapse.

hey trail gumby, where is that, is it ourimbah or karingai, as i know its not grock or awaba, either way it looks like its within 2 hours of me

Centre Track Terrey Hills, just after the climb up from McCarrs Creek Road and looking due west. The trail turns left to run roughly parallel to General San Martin Drive southbound.
