Moreton Bay Cycleway - any maps?

I stumbled across the MBC signs last week when I took a speculative ride through the Nudgee/Boondall wetlands.
There were a few signs at key points that showed a map of the cycleway connecting the southernmost part of the bay all the way to Bribie.
On the road the direction signs get a little sparse.

I wonder if anyone could point me to an online map. I had a look but with no luck as yet.

It seems it's not finished. That explains the missing signage.
