Moreton Bay Cycleway - any maps?

I stumbled across the MBC signs last week when I took a speculative ride through the Nudgee/Boondall wetlands.
There were a few signs at key points that showed a map of the cycleway connecting the southernmost part of the bay all the way to Bribie.
On the road the direction signs get a little sparse.

I wonder if anyone could point me to an online map. I had a look but with no luck as yet.

Wow, connecting it to Bribie, I'd like to see that too. only way to get to Bribie that I am aware of using the MBC is after the MBC on the road from Brighton through Redcliffe, Rothwell, DBay, Burpengary, Morayfield, Caboolture, Ningi to Bribie. And its all road. Would like to see if there is a reasonable pathway option.

It seems it's not finished. That explains the missing signage.
