Help! A2B Metro charger

My friend's charger went on his A2B metro. the problem is he brought the A2B Metro off the guy in Beaufort st mt lawley, who not long after went out of business. The scooter shop in Subiaco took over the business and are reluctant to honour warranty.
If he takes the existing charger to a repair shop he will lose his warranty, but waiting for something to be done he has no bike.
Can anybody help him source another charger online? it is 42 volts (pretty sure) and 4 amps. the battery is 36 volt. He would like to buy a second battery to extend his range (the bike already has wirering and mount for a second battery) so if he could buy a second battery and charger together would be even better.
The output plug on the charger has three pins. I dont know what the third one is.

If he's thinking of buying a new battery anyway, just a last ditch suggestion, crack open the old battery and see if it's possible to rewire it to give 3x12 volt batteries, and use a 12 volt charger with three sets of clips to charge them all simultaneously.

Try looking up a guy called Aussie Jester (Kim) he's in Perth. He might be willing to help your friend build one or build one for him for a fee.
