Road shoes didn't arrive in time so I'll be spending some time practicing braking, changing gear, hand position etc then when I get the shoes I can focus on clipping and unclipping (and possibly clip stacking...).

Next up is a decent multi tool (mine is a bit too chunky) and some lights. I'll save up for a decent helmet and computer (Garmin for example).
Wow that bike has nice lines.

By comparison, other new 2012 bikes that i have seen in the shopwindows are about as pretty as my old Volvo.

Thanks Elantra :)

I'm finding that a lot of paint jobs are very plain but this one has a really nice matt black finish which is almost carbon like. The whole bike looks fantastic and the spec is pretty good too.

Yeah, that's a pretty sweet looking bike, makes my Giant TCR look like a POS.

2010 Giant Defy 2
Image
Not as great as some (most) bikes on here, but i like it. and it was cheep. I just got some SPD-SL pedals on it, but waiting for the shoes to come in as my wife got me the wrong size.

Fuji Absolute 4.0 with Master Cycle Kids Trailer

This bike needs replaceing, It is my work commuter and tows the kids, and I run the dogs off it, for a cheep bike it has seen alot of km's. The rear wheel has a buckle that cant straighten but I might as well get a new flat bar instead of new wheel but saving like mad for a house so it will live.

Hey, what's wrong with GIANT, they make good bikes. I used to ride one and loved it :D :D What matters is your engine. How many times you see C59 on the road and only averaging 20km/h (I'm just jelous here  ), and how many times I've got beaten on hills by more senior cyclists (my impression would be like, HOW?????)
The legs say NO!!!!! And brain can't do much......

Nothing wrong with it, infact i love it, but alloy frame, and sora gear set, it's far from impressive compared to the other bikes on here, but I've never really cared about comparisons for my sake, as long as I enjoy it. :D

Here she is, i only have one bike did have two but never rode the other and storage space is of the essence here so i am quite happy with just the one. The only upgrade i dream of in the future is a nice compact Ti frame, more than likely the Lynksey Cooper and throw my existing gear onto it, this would likely happen a couple years down the track though as i am quite happy with the way the defy frameset rides for now.

I need a black saddle i reckon, Selle Italia SLR ;)

Ok, will put more pic sup soon but here's are some of mine
Currently have 4 bikes, one Trek Madone 4.5 (Commuting on it, but desperately trying to fix up one of the older ones to use that instead

Better pic here, slightly, will put decent one up soon

Got a Scott Sportster hybrid flat bar
Here's the official pic, will upload a real one, as I also added side hand grips etc
I "should" use this as a commuter now, but just love the Trek!

Doing up Dunlop and Europa 80's vintage bikes as well

CellSS200 hybrid, had a Trek Madone 4.5 but had an altercation with a courier van. Looking for a nice ride soon
