Yeah, it was a collarbone. Too fast on a muddy track into a blind corner - the bad judgement trifecta.
But not being able to throw a leg over a bike for 8 weeks, and also having to put much of my core stability rehab on hold for the same period of time has compounded the setback.

, but when I wrote that I was still recovering from the first full week of giving my lower back and core their first *proper* workout in the gym for many weeks ... which might have made it seem a bigger deal
. Have been noticing improvements daily, hoping to do a commute to work next week when the traffic is quiet.
