Is there something I need to now do?
I noticed that when I updated my 2012 goal the check box to keep goals private had been re-checked. Make sure the tick is gone. Cheers, Dave

It was checked so I've attended to that now. Thanks Dave.

Question on BikeJournal Does it take into account part of a kilometre? I only ask because my commute is 12.5km return. That 1/2km is 3 1/2kms a week or 168km a year. I don’t want to be short changed but nor do I want bonus K’s that I didn’t earn

Yup. It rounds it off when displaying, but it does keep track.

Did my longest single ride for about a year. Rode from Mildura to where the Darling River and the Murray river meet in Wentworth and return. Only 68k's with no problems, then went swimming with the kids in the avro.

Yes, bloody wind! Thankfully being a big bugger it doesn't slow me down as much as a head wind but it certainly made it tough! The road to Wentworth. Murray Darling Junction. BNA goes everywhere. Martin Martin

I've never ridden on a road that flat for that long. Everything here has bumps in it
Unless you are at the front of the pack the view's the same.

that is a nice spot martinjs, pics look good! where did you get your hands on that snazzy bna jersey?? I want one! I must admit though, I enjoy the hills better than the flats 31km for me this evening, fantastic little ride around Pakenham and Upper Beaconsfield. Planned to do a flat loop, but was feeling good, so detoured to include a sharp little climb. Felt great, and also felt the best I've felt on a descent (thanks to advice on other threads.) Will do my first 100km ride for the year tomorrow (and my second ever), can't wait, loving riding at the moment!

It's not that flat really, lots of rolling hill, no big ones but plenty of hills and a few steep short ones. Lucky this year as the weather (other than the windy) was pretty good. The Sunraysia gets really hot at times, apparently they have more sunny days a year than the Gold coast. Been going there for just on 20 years now, nice place to get away from it all. (and I mean literally) Not a bad size either so it has most mod cons and services. Good place for the city slickers to have a holiday. Martin

I think I may have missed something???
many thanks for suggestions
Hey Mate, just make sure you have the following done and it should be working. BJ normally swaps over at 12am and 12 pm, so if you do it now it should change (if you check it all right) by 12pm today. Ensure you BJ and BNA name are exactly the same. Have your 2012 target set and set it to public on BJ I've attached a screen grab of my profile so you can match and check it against yours Also check that you are following the instructions in placing your signature correctly on here. Let us know how it goes mate.

I can't see anyone's signature. The edit profile says 'a block of text up to 255 Chars'.

On my way home from work today I left a foot print in the softened white paint at a set of traffic lights.. The garmin recorded the temp at 42.5C.. I love a good heat wave in Perth!

Count me in for 6,000kms too please. New to this, so it will be quite a challenge but I've ridden to and from work every day in 2012 so far.
