Historical death stats in Australia/UK/America

Just out of curiosity:

How many motorists have killed cyclists in the last year/10/records?
How many motorists have put cyclists in hospital the last year/10/records? ( I know the records wont be accurate)
How many cyclists have killed motorists?
How many cyclists have killed pedestrians?
