If you are willing to wait a few minutes, I have to ride from Kingston at 5pm but would like to join you. Family have given the go-ahead :) Not sure how speedy Gonzalez I'll be heading to town with the northerly :)

Or even better, you ride south on Sandy Bay Rd until we meet up and then we head towards the mountain. No sitting around for you then, you can ride as hard or as easy as you like ;-)

Cool, see you somewhere between Sandy Bay and Kingston! You'll be able to spot me because I'll be on a two-wheeled contraption heading towards town. *must get some food before riding!*

Because my legs will be smashed from the crit. 25mins plus 3 laps at 90% threshold, jumps, sprints, surges attacks this is my style of racing.

if you can still climb Mt Wellington you havent critted hard enough
Sprinters sprint. Climbers climb. Cant do both well. So I opt for the crit.

People seem to manage during stage races.

Also I can't climb but I do enjoy the hurt and training value from it.

EDIT: I can't sprint either, just like to do lots of riding.

With no science to back it up, for me two hard days in a row are ok, although the 3rd needs to be easy!

I'm already signed up and ready to go.
It will be great to finally meet all you guys, plus the strava riders that I keep trying (and failing) to beat :P
There are too many events on that weekend, but this is my pick of them!
