Hi,
Can anyone recommend an "excellent" bike mechanic in Melbourne? Am having a few bad experiences with my local shops.
I need to get the gear indexing set up correctly.
Thanks

BSC at the QV centre.
...whatever the road rules, self-preservation is the absolute priority for a cyclist when mixing it with motorised traffic.

Evolution Cycles in Pascoe Vale have dedicated workshop facilities and pride themselves in offering the full range of servicing options with qualified and experienced mechanics who support the full range of atheletes from tri, mtb, roadies and simply social. No I don't work for them.

Dan at Shifter Bikes in Prahran.
His attention for detail is unparalleled and he specialises in bomb proof custom wheel builds and steel builds but also is more than competent in any area of mechanics, plus his shop has some of the most beautiful bikes in it at any time, Andy from Fyxo now runs his setup out of the back so there's even more perving to be done.
He's a little more on the pricey side but you do get what you pay for.
