I set a goal of doing an OD Tri in 1992, but over trained and had health issure for many years as a consequence. A few years ago I returned tentatively to training. Today I finally achieved the goal in the Mooloolaba Tri. So happy.

Now for Noosa!

congrats! I planned to to one this year, but i might postpone it since my swimming performance is still way to weak
