What a legend. Most days I struggle to achieve an average speed of 24 km/h - failed miserably that very same day on my home commute.

I heard this on the radio and then told everyone I ran into about it. Absolute bloody legend.
One of the old guys I race against on the track was wearing rainbow stripes on his sleeve. I asked him about it and he was the world masters pursuit champion in the over 60s category - but that was ten years ago! He can still keep up with C grade.

When I first started racing back in.... uuuumm 1972 there was a bloke called Sheara Gooberoff (spelling) and he was in his 60s and could quite
easily hurt the C-graders. We used too say, he had monkey glands.
