Does anyone know a frame builder who could do handle some simple repairs on an old Reynolds 531 frame in Brisbane?
I picked this bike up the other week but the downtube shifters are seized on and there's also a seized and sheared off drop-out adjuster screw.
The LBS reckons they could drill out the downtube shifter screws but they're not confident about the drop-out screw and suggested a frame builder might be a better bet.
Pics are in the Raleigh Appreciation thread on the retro forum - its the red and black Raleigh TI Comp.
Thanks in advance for any help.
