A mate of mine did the City Cycle up Coot-tha. He said it was a bit slower than normal and he noticed a couple of snails giving him a run for his money

I chortled when the journo said "...compared with a 12 speed Cannondale...". Don't think the journo rides a Cannondale

How about this for a nightmare scenario - you are grinding up Coot-tha and some bloke calmly overtakes you on a Citycycle
Would be even worse if he dressed in a suit and bowler hat
