Great result for Greenedge. He has looked good.
EDIT: Sagan my other pick wins the group sprint home.

Matt Goss also finished in top 10. Worth sitting up for.
Will Green Edge attract a major sponsor now or will Australian big business still ignore professional cycling sponsorship? Would be a shame if the Aussie team finishes up with an overseas sponsor on the jersey.
Can they win another classic? Gerro can climb....Gent-Wevelgem?

Forget Gent-Wevelgem, he has regularly finished in the top ten of Amstel Gold, Fleche Wallone and Leige. His going to go into those races as a marked rider, and if like last night the race falls his way his in with a massive shout.colhil wrote:Amazing!!!! Gerrans now No.1 in rankings.

That had to be one of the most exciting races in a while, would the break make it, how good was Cancellara ? The only certainty was that Nibali was a passenger. So happy for Greenedge, at the very least that means there won't be any stupid questions about there first major win and can concentrate on just going out and racing. Definitely a classic edition of MSR.
