Definitive 80's Track Saddle

Hello All,
I am building up a track bike built in 1984, and was wondering what was THE track saddle back in the day? I have a Selle Italia GI-Lux 311in the shed, but was there something more period correct? Cheers

Mine was the Proffesional but I think I got it around 1980. :?
