I think cludence has already offered, but if you're after a faster partner, then count me in. Like I said before, I ride the Prospect trails most evenings. The Fairfield to Parramatta track everyday to work (8am mornings to Parra, and 5:30pm to Fairfield).

I average 35 to 45km/h depending on how much other training I've done troughout the week. If the time and speeds are what you're looking for then PM me...bear in mind that it's flexible.

Cheers

That's on good days. But ever since I started my rigorus triathlon training, I find I don't have the legs to sustain the high speeds for any great amounts of time anymore.

I'm only aiming to keep it up for 8-10km (which is the distances for my supersprint legs). Those 50-100km/ 4-6 hour rides are pretty much over for me...I'm starting to feel old. The body is giving up. Joints are all sore. Recovery times are getting longer and I simply don't have the time anymore (2.5 kids!).     :(

Mr888 should ride out to waterfall with us.
If the R-1 rule is broken, what happens to N+1?

Can't wake up early enough to make the trip... I'm not a very good morning person :|

Will only wake up "early" on race days and for the Gong ride, otherwise it's zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

I'll call by your shop in the next few days Kev when I get a chance. I just can't remember which one you are as I have seen two guys in the shop. I have a feeling you sold me a cannister filter about a year ago. Oh and some goldfish and all I can say is thanks! They wont stop breeding!
