Yeah, it is pretty awesome. Shame really...

Saturday - 29kms - felt like I was riding someone else's bike, body hurt.
Sunday - 0kms - closed up throat, swollen glands, dry cough, sad face.
Monday - 0kms - feel like crap, same symptoms, left work before lunch and came home to bed.

It hurts me to say this based on the Fit Gits comp (not that I'll ever win but don't want to lose either!!), but I hope others are able to enjoy what is just frustrating me!!

Not much fun to ride today (Sunday) but Saturday was perfect for my 100km ride. The first 40km riding against the wind and then with a nice SE behind me for the final stretch home from City Beach!

(And because the temps were "only" 15 - 20 C the shared path parts of the ride were mainly deserted!)

Cheers,

Gary
