You should find a few groups departing Little Grey St at Southbank around 5:30-6:00am. Turn up and ask which group will suit your pace, there are at least three different paced rides.

if you are near bulimba there is a ride every wednesday that starts outside woolies at 5:30pm and does a 40km ride to wynnum and back.
