Another question, can anyone here recommend a good nutritionist in Adelaide? Prefer in the city or just north.
Want to make some changes to the diet and need some help and suggestions! Not really looking for a sports type person as my cycling is not at that stage yet. Just someone with good, normal ideas about food.
Would be good if they were cheap as well
Nutritionist in Adelaide.

I can't name one specifically but you might want to consider looking for a dietician rather than a nutritionist. The terms are used interchangeably, but in Australia the title of dietician is regulated so that only those with certain qualifications can use it. However anybody can call themselves a nutritionist whether they've had proper training or not. Mind you there ARE accredited nutritionists, but you do need to check that they didn't get their title in a cereal box.
I was going to suggest Wakefield Sports Clinic but you said you're not after a sport dietician specifically. Other than that I got nothin'

Your GP should be able to refer you to reputable qualified person. Don't go near those charlatan natropath types, they are the weeties licence crackpots.

a decent list of SDA dieticians here:

probably not too helpful, but i refer a few people to Nick Wray at Hove (sorry bit south for u), who has an interest in sports, and elite athletes...
