Transport Wangaratta to Beechworth or other way

I am trying to encourage my wife to join me on a ride on the Wangaratta Bike trail whilst we are enroute Tasmania to Qld in late May. Given my wife is not a regular cyclist, and has some health problems likely to limit her ability, I feel that a ride from Beechworth to Wangaratta might be the best option. We will be caravanning, and could stay at either Wangaratta or Beechworth (subject to having our dog accommodated for the day) and use transport up to Beechworth either before or after the ride.

Has anyone here used transport in this direction.
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

on reflection, after posting, my heading is misleading. We would want to ride down hill, so it is Wangaratta to Beechworth transport that we are interested in, not the other way.

Bus-a-Bike are who you need. They are based at Ahern's Caravan Park right on the trail at Myrtleford - a very friendly caravan park.
