80k's this morning, a fast (for me) shop ride and average of 28+ including riding in from home, so the actual ride was probably closer to the 29-30k average

Fortunately, for my tired legs there was another rider who was struggling with the pace so when we got dropped at Capalaba I helped him back to the cafe for the return leg...the poor bloke has only been in the country 3 days and had no idea where he was...as well as getting used to riding on the 'wrong' side of the road!

I need to keep doing this bunch ride as I'm sure it will be good for me!

Crash

I was thinking of doing around the bay in a day, have you done that one.
I forced myself to go to swim squad again today, it was nice

No - never done it. It's flat so will suit you more than me. You are faster than me on the flat for sure. I get bored. And it involves packing the bike up and going to Melbourne which all seems a bit hard.
Good you went swimming today. The weather seems to have gotten colder all of a sudden.

It won't let me! We'll just stick with jacket and bee sting story - apart from the fact that you do not look fat at all!!
