Welcome to Newie! What kind of distances and average speeds are you looking at?

You are also surrounded by some of the best mountan bike trails on the planet. Glenrock is close by, and Awaba is within riding distance.

PM me, Queen Jenn. I live near the lake and ride as often as possible. Saturday and Sunday mornings particularly and a couple of times midweek if I can be persuaded out of bed at 5.30am.
I don't ride too fast though, being an old codger. Average around 23/24kmh.

I'm just getting back to cycling so I'm looking at 40km at speeds between 22-30km/h. Hopefully I can start doing better soon but I need to take it slow since I've had a knee injury before.

Yeah, not looking forward to trying to keep up with you when you get over that injury, QJ!
