My first fixed gear.

I got my first fixed gear, (if you could call it that) from ebay yesterday. For $16 I think it was great value. I was the only bidder.

It is a completely new way to ride for me and it is going to take some practice to get used to. I keep falling off. I can barely keep my feet on the pedals for more than few seconds before getting the urge remove one or both feet. I like the idea of being able to stay upright without moving forward but its harder than it looks.
