26 kms before work and a very pretty sunrise. I was going to suggest you work on the weekend as well Lisa (in order to slow you down!) but my evil plan forgot about all your commuting!!
I have to work on a Saturday in a couple of weeks :( ....but I'll probably ride in early and do a river loop before starting :) ....then I get a whole day off as TOIL mid-week, so I can do longer ride :D :D ...it's a win/win situation

I'll probably be taking tomorrow off being mother's day and all....the blokes that I usually ride with have to stay home and do their father duties tomorrow

No riding this morning

Yup, agree, Apple won't up-load to Strava or Bike Journal and then come October 1st she'll blow us all out of the water and we'll spend the next three months trying to reel her back in.....

That's no good FG, I had the flu a couple of weeks ago and had some time off the bike...then when I was better we had three days of rain which prolonged the time spent off the bike.....

Hope that you recover ASAP!

Looks like more rain this long weekend, so.over. the.rain :(

I've been quiet. Sorry. Had a week off the bike and off the treadmill :( but back into it now. 3 rides so far this month and 170km which isn't bad considering the break.

I'll try to be better at conversing from now on ;)

But honestly, whose life is as interesting as Apple's??

Certainly not mine! Come back Apple! But maybe she's out there living the interesting life in order to come back and report to us.

I'm finding myself doing more spin classes lately which are good for fitness & strength but don't contribute to the strava totals. And I'm running a bit more and that's cycling time gone. But anyway, onwards and upwards!
