Can I borrow a Victorian member near Fitzroy for a favour?

I need a favour from one of our esteemed Victorian members. I have a pair of wheels sitting at my brothers place in Fitzroy that I pretty much picked up for just the hubs. He's moving to Singapore in five weeks, and I hoped I'd get down to Melbs prior to him leaving, but now I wont.

Therefore, can I ask of someone to do the following for me:
1. Pick up the wheels from Fitzroy.
2. Remove the freewheel (may be french threaded, may use an odd removal tool, can send pics to determine this if you want prior knowledge).
3. De-lace hubs from rims.
4. Send me the hubs in a post pack I can send down/transfer you money for (and a bit for your time, too).
5. Keep/dispose of the spokes and rims as you see fit.
